This picture was 16.4 feet x 3.9 feet at a resolution of 150dpi.
The background was made in Illustrator CS4: the words "Inspiration", "Equality", "Courage", "Friendship", "Determination", "Respect" and "Excellence" were arranged randomly in an angle of 45 degree. The path then was copied and pasted into Photoshop CS4. A displacement-map was then used to give the text the "background-pattern shadowing".
Medals and ribbons where also created in Photoshop CS4...
