At Jasmine's Kingdom Daycare, we understand that photographs and videos can be wonderful keepsakes for families and an excellent way to share special moments and learning experiences. At the same time, we recognize the importance of every family's privacy.
Protecting your child's privacy is one of our highest priorities. No child's image will ever be used without the permission of their parent or legal guardian.
Written permission from a parent or legal guardian is required before photographs or videos of a child are used for any purpose beyond normal daycare operations.
Parents will be asked to complete a separate Photo & Media Release Form during enrollment. This allows each family to decide exactly how, if at all, their child's photographs may be used.

Whenever photographs are published, we take reasonable steps to protect children's privacy.
Parents may update or withdraw their photo permissions at any time by providing written notice. Future use of photographs will honor the most current permission on file.
Please understand that photographs already printed or previously published cannot always be recalled or removed from materials that have already been distributed.
During holidays, celebrations, graduation ceremonies, and other special events, photographs may be taken to capture memorable moments. Parents who have not granted permission for public use will continue to have their preferences respected.
